A Discussion with Dr. Willet Kempton

4S had an opportunity to chat with Dr. Willet Kempton on Thursday, March 16.  Dr. Kempton is an Associate Professor

for the University of Delaware in Marine Policy.  He is also a Senior Policy Scientist in

Energy and Environmental Studeies.  We discussed Dr. Kempton's proposal to a major corporation to find innovative ways

of designing automobiles to be environmentally friendly.  We also heard Dr. Kempton's views of wind power,

and global climate change.
