Week 11 April 1   Bell Trial Prep – practice interviewing witnesses, direct and cross.

  Read – Parts I II and III in People v. Bell – focus on witness statements and evidence.

•  Due Assn 8: Trial Prep Materials and CREAC of Seigel/Skeder scenario (see assn page)

 

Week 12 April 8   No regular class: (to make up for court Observation) – meet with team to practice direct exams and open and close.

 

      

Week 13 April 15   Trials in class

•  Due Assn 10: Attorney Interview Assignment (15 pts)

 

Week 14 April 22  

Finish, Adulterers Hypothetical P. 155 Carter.
