CURRENT CASE State of Midlands v. Bobbi Campbell When a child protective services worker come to Bobbi Campbell's home, Bobbi stabbed the worker with an HIV infected needle. Campbell has entered a guilty plea while retaining the right to a jury sentence reccomendation. The penalty phase requires the state to show aggravating circumstances and the defendant to present evidence of mitgation so as to get a favorable sentence. The range is between 5 and 30 years.
